  • The product was not customized (custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective)

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description upon delivery

📦 Return Process

  1. Email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number and reason for return

  4. Our logistics partner will pick it up or guide you for self-shipping

  5. Returned products are inspected at our warehouse before issuing a refund

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection
